Tier Definitions:
- Base Lighting: Standard LED upgrades with no control systems installed.
- Zone Controls: Includes wall-box occupancy sensors or dimmer switches used as standalone or room-level control systems.
- Fixture Controls: Involves fixture-mounted occupancy sensors.
- LLLC: Integrated Luminaire Level Lighting Controls that are DLC-listed.
Important Notes:
- Incentives are capped at 100% of material cost or $500,000, whichever comes first.
- These bonuses are available for a limited time and are subject to funding availability.
