Jay assumed the role of President in April 2021 focused on growing our value-driven business. In his 11 years at PEC Jay has been a major influencer, helping drive the direction and evolution of the company, ensuring the team is equipped and positioned to effectively deliver impactful projects.
With a degree in Business Management and having studied at Southwest University in China – Jay Davis is well-versed in the complex business problems leaders face every day. He is passionate about the challenge of delivering a positive impact on client companies through energy-efficient solutions.
He assisted in the development of The PEC Way of Light, a proprietary lighting design process that uses facility data to construct customized energy concepts. During his time as a sales leader at PEC Jay helped his clients realize over $1 million in annual energy savings, and also completed one of the largest exterior LED projects in history for the Energy Trust of Oregon’s commercial industrial sector.
