Pacific Energy Concepts partnered with Metallus to transform its Canton, OH manufacturing facility with a custom LED lighting retrofit designed to improve efficiency, safety, and long-term operational performance. The project reduced energy consumption by 59%, generated more than 503,000 kWh in annual energy savings, lowered annual energy and maintenance costs, and created a brighter, safer work environment. With enhanced visibility, improved employee productivity, and a 3.66-year payback, the retrofit continues to deliver measurable financial and operational value while supporting Metallus’ sustainability goals.
