Pacific Energy Concepts partnered with Malouf to modernize its Delano, CA manufacturing and warehouse facility with a custom LED lighting retrofit designed to improve operational efficiency, employee safety, and long-term sustainability. The project reduced energy consumption by 70%, generated more than 1.33 million kWh in annual energy savings, saved over $360,000 annually, reduced maintenance costs, and captured utility incentives. The upgraded lighting created a brighter, safer work environment while supporting Malouf’s ESG initiatives and delivering a strong return on investment with a 3.23-year payback.
