Pacific Energy Concepts partnered with this steel manufacturing facility to replace outdated lighting with a custom LED solution designed to improve safety, efficiency, and long-term operational performance. The retrofit dramatically enhanced visibility throughout the facility, creating a brighter work environment that supports employee productivity and workplace safety while reducing maintenance requirements. The project achieved a 79% reduction in energy consumption, generated more than 379,000 kWh in annual energy savings, reduced operating costs by over $28,000 per year, and secured $20,000 in utility incentives. With a 4.31-year payback and lasting environmental benefits, the project demonstrates how strategic lighting upgrades can deliver measurable financial savings while supporting more efficient and sustainable manufacturing operations.
