PG&E offers a 0% On-Bill Financing (OBF) program for qualifying energy efficiency projects.
That means the cost of the upgrade is repaid directly through your utility bill, rather than through a separate loan payment.

- Terms up to 10 years
- Project must achieve at least 5% total meter energy savings
- Credit screening required
Because repayment is built into the utility bill, many organizations find this structure much easier to approve than traditional financing.
LED lighting upgrades are one of the most common projects used with this program because they often reduce lighting energy consumption by 50–70%.
That reduction can offset a large portion of the financing payment during the term.
