Utility Findings: The largest utilities in each state, with 2025 residential, commercial, and industrial rates against their 2015 baselines and 10-year change. State averages hide the real spread. This is where you find yours.
Growth Projections: PEC's 2026–2035 projection for every state, with historical CAGR, forward CAGR, acceleration, and growth tier laid out side by side. Each rate ties to a documented driver and its source.
