Sales Operations and Marketing CoordinatorJOB # 214
This position is responsible for supporting the sales operations and marketing department in all marketing initiatives and supporting incentive management efforts.
- Create and run marketing campaigns, e-mail marketing, advertising, update and create marketing collateral, write and edit content, generate and order sales materials, and manage inventory of company swag in coordination with Director of Marketing.
- Support sales team with incentive estimates and paperwork management in coordination with Incentive Manager.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Must have proficiency in:
Intermediate-advanced Excel skills, Wordpress CMS, Google Data Studio, all major social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), LinkedIn Ads manager, Google Ads manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM, email marketing campaign creation, copywriting.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with incentive programs, energy industry experience, video editing skills, graphic design skills, animation, ZoomInfo, content amplification (eg: Outbrain)
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or
equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years’
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations
This position requires a valid
insurable Driver’s License.
Ability to read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability
to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures
and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages,
area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
Has advanced basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
