Incentive CoordinatorJOB # 1
The Incentive Coordinator, reporting to the Incentive Manager, will play a key support role for PEC through researching, coordinating, and processing incentives offered by regional electrical utilities and efficiency programs for commercial lighting projects.
- Analyzes project information and compiles incentive documentation to submit to utility efficiency programs.
- Updates and distributes weekly incentive reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports Incentive Manager with researching incentive availability in new territories.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or
equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years’
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations
This position requires a valid
insurable Driver’s License.
Ability to read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability
to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures
and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages,
area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
Has advanced basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
