Description

A fantastic opportunity for a growth-minded mid-level digital specialist with 3+ years of experience. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and PEC’s Creative Director the right individual will be comfortable working both autonomously and collaborating within a team while supporting the brand awareness and lead generation efforts of our high-performing Sales team.

Essential Job Duties

  1. Devise and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  2. Regularly report on, analyze, and optimize campaigns and digital footprint to meet or exceed KPIs.
  3. Effectively manage media budgets.

Role Requirements

  • Generates SEM and SEO campaigns to build brand awareness, amplify messaging and generate new business leads.
  • 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience (including paid media + SEO).
  • B2B digital marketing experience highly preferred.
  • Prior experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Analytics or similar.
  • Prior reporting/analytics experience required.

Education & Experience

Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations

Google Ads & Analytics certifications recommended.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Computer Skills

Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications in Microsoft Office including database, spreadsheet (including pivot tables), report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e-mail and use scheduling software.


Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
